About Two Rivers
Two Rivers National Wildlife Refuge was established in 1958 to protect and enhance habitat for migratory birds. Located between the Mississippi River and Illinois River, the refuge encompasses 9,225 acres of floodplain habitat scattered around the confluence of the rivers. All ramps are free to use. Ramp surfaces include 2 paved concrete ramps suitable for larger motorized vessels. 2 have designated parking (2 with trailer parking). Ramps are managed by City of Hallock, DNR Division of Parks and Trails.
