About Turtle Lake

St. Croix Wetland Management District was established in 1992 for the purpose of providing wetland and grassland habitat for breeding waterfowl. Ramp surfaces include 1 paved concrete ramp suitable for larger motorized vessels, 2 gravel ramps, 2 carry-in launches for kayaks and canoes. Ramps are managed by NHAL Recreation Team Leader, Parks & Rec. Specialist, Town of Richmond, and others.
