Access to Bankruptcy and Other Court Case Files at NARA's Central Plains Region (Lee's Summit, MO) The Lee's Summit facility makes available for review closed business and personal bankruptcy case files, and civil and criminal case files from Federal courts in New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the U. S. All ramps are free to use. Ramp surfaces include 1 paved concrete ramp suitable for larger motorized vessels, 1 gravel ramp. 2 have designated parking (2 with trailer parking). Ramps are managed by DNR Division of Parks and Trails, Murray County.
