About Smith

Smithsonian Butte National Back Country Byway travels for 9. 25 miles between Rockville and Apple Valley, Utah, just south of Zion National Park. All ramps are free to use. Ramp surfaces include 1 paved concrete ramp suitable for larger motorized vessels, 2 carry-in launches for kayaks and canoes. 4 have designated parking (4 with trailer parking). Ramps are managed by DNR Division of Parks and Trails, Itasca County.
