About Perch

Percha Dam State Park is located just south of Caballo Lake State Park on the Rio Grande. Percha Dam is a diversion structure and is one of six on the U. All ramps are free to use. Ramp surfaces include 4 carry-in launches for kayaks and canoes. 3 have designated parking (3 with trailer parking). Ramps are managed by Becker County, DNR Division of Parks and Trails.
