About Pearl
Pearl Harbor NWR was established in 1972 as mitigation for construction of the Honolulu International Airport Reef Runway. The Honouliuli and Waiawa Units are managed under a cooperative agreement with the U. All ramps are free to use. Ramp surfaces include 2 paved concrete ramps suitable for larger motorized vessels. 2 have designated parking (2 with trailer parking). Ramps are managed by DNR Division of Parks and Trails, Jackson County.
