About Marion

If you enjoy camping, boating, fishing, hunting, or wildlife watching - we have the place for you. Completed in 1968, Marion Reservoir encompasses 6,200 acres of water surrounded by another 6,000 acres of public lands. All ramps are free to use. Ramp surfaces include 2 paved concrete ramps suitable for larger motorized vessels, 2 carry-in launches for kayaks and canoes. 4 have designated parking (4 with trailer parking). Ramps are managed by City of Lakeville, DNR Division of Parks and Trails.
