Overview The Kingston Range Wilderness is divided into three units by non-wilderness corridors or 'cherrystems': Sperry Wash and Kingston Wash. The Amargosa Unit's (the northern unit) most striking feature is Amargosa Canyon, which contains a perennial stream. All ramps are free to use. Ramp surfaces include 4 carry-in launches for kayaks and canoes. 2 have designated parking (2 with trailer parking). Ramps are managed by DNR Division of Parks and Trails.
