Joe Pool Lake is a 7,400-acre impoundment located in the southern portion of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The lake is centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth and has four developed parks: Britton Park, Cedar Hill State Park, Loyd Park and Lynn Creek Park. All ramps are free to use. Ramps are managed by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
