Elephant Butte is a reservoir on the Rio Grande that was built by the U. S. All ramps are free to use. Ramp surfaces include 1 paved concrete ramp suitable for larger motorized vessels, 2 carry-in launches for kayaks and canoes. 3 have designated parking (3 with trailer parking). Ramps are managed by DNR Division of Parks and Trails.
