Project lands are located within the Corps of Engineers Nine Foot Navigation Project and the Fish and Wildlife Service Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. All ramps are free to use. Ramp surfaces include 1 paved concrete ramp suitable for larger motorized vessels, 2 carry-in launches for kayaks and canoes. 3 have designated parking (1 with trailer parking). Ramps are managed by DNR Division of Fish and Wildlife, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
